Downloading Products

1. I have purchased the products but where and when to download it?

You can download your order form your account. Login our site, download your product form "My Product".

2. When does my product validation period expire?

180 days after purchase date.

3. How to extend my expired product?

Product validation period cannot be extended. If you are interested in using EnsurePass.com product please login your account and click the 'Renew' button next to each expired product in your User Center. Renewal of expired product is with 50% discount of the original price and you can use it for another 180 days.

1. What operating systems and necessary tools need to use your product?

For Lab user, you will need Adobe Reader and AVI player;

2. What unzipping software do you recommend?

Set WinZip as your primary decompress tools which you can download at http://www.winzip.com.

Login failed & Trouble Shooting

1. If I can't login my account or I forgot my password, how to recovery it?

You may need to confirm that you're entering the right email address and password. If it still can't work, please contact us on support@EnsurePass.com, and then we will reset your new password.

2. After login, I am redirected to the homepage, why I can't login my account.

The main problem could be your internet browser. You'd better change the internet settings and restart your computer, or you can change the internet browser such as Firefox. If the problem persists, please feel free to contact us on support@EnsurePass.com.

1. How do I pay for my order?

EnsurePass.com currently only accepts PayPal (www.paypal.com).

5. Why do my payments look different from my bill?

The US dollar is the currency most used in our transaction and if your currency paid by others such as Pound, Euro or any other, they will be converted using our real time currency exchange, so there may be different of your bill.

6. Why am I still being charged extra after my previous payment?

That is the transaction fee of your bank that you can contact them to make sure. We would not charge any extra charges to our customers.

7. Do you have any discounts?

We offer some discounts to our customers. There is no limit to some special discount. You can check regularly of our site to get the latest discount.

8. How are the goods delivered?

After your order is validated and your payment is confirmed by our staff, EnsurePass.com will provide a link enabling you to download, begin using your product immediately.
